Queens Meadows is set amidst a Himalayan forest reserve with 15 rooms on 10 acres, offering traditional Kumaoni hospitality. Our vantage location offers sweeping views of the majestic Himalayas, providing an ideal backdrop for relaxation. The resort is only 600 metres from the gates and accessible only by foot. The proximity to several well-known sightseeing options is a bonus. Moreover, our resort serves as the perfect base for seekers of Kumaon’s spiritual and cultural dimensions. Within a 2-3 hours’ drive, you can explore sacred sites like Mahavtar Babaji’s Cave, Kasardevi, Mukteshwar, and Jageshwar, enhancing your cultural and spiritual journey. The location is also perfect for travellers seeking to extend their Jim Corbett National Park adventure and immerse themselves in the Himalayan experience.

We have a range of activities and adventures available at our mountain resort in the Himalayas. Visit a nearby stream for a day picnic, take experiential walks through the village, explore the fascinating Himalayan trails in the reserve forest, go camping and trekking, have bonfires, enjoy live karaoke, indulge in large barbecues, and even try your hand at gardening. You can learn expert tips from those who tend to our organic herb and vegetable gardens.

Sanjay Sareen, the owner, is personally involved in the resort’s day-to-day operations, guaranteeing that guests remain well looked after. The staff are mostly from the local communities who have remained with us since the beginning, and their warm Kumaoni hospitality is to be experienced.

With its unique location, the resort’s outdoors offer excellent locations to have a meal right next to nature. Experience our relaxed dining options, including breakfast on the deck, outdoor barbecues, and picnic lunches in the forest.

We understand that everyone’s tastes and preferences are different. That’s why we offer a custom-created menu, allowing you to order your favourite comfort foods or try something new from seasonally inspired cuisines. The Chef’s team can cater to various culinary preferences, but our speciality is Kumaoni food — using organic vegetables and milk from our garden and in-house dairy.

At our resort, we welcome pets with open arms. We know how much your furry friends mean to you, and we want them to be a part of your vacation too. Please inform us in advance; we’ve got you covered for a fun-filled, pet-friendly stay.

Queens Meadows strives to maintain a naturally balanced resort and work with our guests to reduce their carbon footprint. We prioritise a pollution-free environment and discourage the use of plastic. Our eco-friendly practices, including minimal inorganic waste production, energy-saving lighting, and zero vehicular access, ensure a clean and healthy environment.

We understand that staying connected is important, even on vacation. That’s why we offer free Wi-Fi throughout our resort, so you can keep in touch and browse the internet at your leisure. Whether relaxing by the pool, unwinding in your room, or enjoying a meal at our restaurant, you can stay connected. Plus, you can upload photos of your amazing vacation in the Himalayas in no time.
